About My History
My History has been running for nearly 7 years. In 2008 My History also took over the running of TWR Computing. My History was started by Tony Beardshaw in South Yorkshire, England. This new website is a recent development to make it easier for our American customers to place orders without the need to grapple with currency conversions. The price you see is the price you pay
Tony has over 12 years experience of genealogy and using family tree software. Nearly seven of those years have also been spent analysing and selling software to other people doing their family history. Tony is also working on a one name study of his surname. Employees working for the business are also encouraged to research their own family history and to use the software we sell. In fact, at least three members of staff were researching their family history before starting to work for the business.
We are therefore well placed to advise customers on what is best for their requirements. We offer advice and unlimited support to our own customers free of charge by e-mail. Normally we try to answer emails within 24 hours of receiving a request for support although the response time is often less.The My History business has always been and always will be, about quality of service and support.

In the unlikely event that you find software available from another UK supplier at a lower all inclusive price, we will beat that price. Please bear in mind that our prices include unlimited telephone and e-mail support, normally 9am to 6pm Mon - Fri and 9am - Noon Saturday. All software is normally dispatched where possible same day* by airmail postal service.
